We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging video content across social media, advertising, YouTube, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and current content formats.

This role is suited for someone who can take creative references and transform them into polished, brand-aligned content while bringing their own creative judgment and visual sensibility to every project.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and deliver high-quality video content for social media reels, digital advertisements, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert long-form footage into engaging short-form content with strong hooks and platform-appropriate pacing.
- Edit and refine scripts to ensure the final video has the right flow, tone, timing, and impact.
- Select and integrate relevant B-roll, background music, sound effects, transitions, and visual elements.
- Create engaging text animations, motion graphics, and visual effects where required.
- Work with creative references and adapt concepts while maintaining the brand's visual identity.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience behaviors.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other cross-functional teams to understand briefs and deliver content on time.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality and consistency.




- Explore AI-powered video and B-roll generation tools to enhance the creative production process.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure final assets are delivered according to required specifications.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ years of professional experience in video editing, content production, motion design, or a related creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Valuable understanding of short-form and long-form video editing for digital platforms.
- Strong command of B-roll selection, pacing, transitions, text animation, motion graphics, music, and sound design.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and B-roll generation tools such as Canva, Luma Labs, Kling, and Sora.
- Strong visual and aesthetic judgment with an instinct for creating content that looks polished and engaging.
- Ability to study a reference video, understand its creative language, and adapt the approach to create original, brand-relevant content.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing, thumbnails, and supporting visual assets.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, timing, and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to experiment with new formats, tools, and visual approaches.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with creative and marketing stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to learning emerging video editing, motion design, and AI-powered creative technologies.
