Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and execution-driven COO to lead and scale JADE’s precision manufacturing business across aerospace, defense, and energy sectors.
Responsible for end-to-end operations, capability development, and strategic growth.

Operations & Manufacturing Leadership
 Lead shop floor operations and ensure efficiency and safety
 Design plant layout using lean principles
 Oversee CNC machines, tooling and systems
 Drive capacity planning and utilization

Capability Building & Infrastructure
 Identify recent manufacturing capabilities
 Lead capex planning and vendor negotiations
 Expand multi-axis machining and inspection systems

People & Organization Development
 Build high-performance teams
 Lead hiring and training programs
 Establish performance metrics

Productivity & Performance
 Improve machine utilization and cycle times
 Implement production planning systems
 Drive continuous improvement

Engineering & Development

 Translate drawings into manufacturable processes




 Drive new product development
 Coordinate engineering and production teams

Cost & Financial Management
 Drive cost optimization
 Ensure project profitability
 Manage working capital and inventory

Quality & Compliance
 Ensure AS9100 compliance
 Lead audits and certifications
 Maintain aerospace quality standards

Client & Vendor Management
 Engage OEMs and Tier-1 customers
 Develop vendor ecosystem
 Audit and manage suppliers

Strategic Leadership
 Develop 3–5 year roadmap
 Identify growth opportunities
 Align multi-location operations

Requirements
 15–25 years experience in aerospace/precision manufacturing
 Strong CNC and aerospace materials knowledge
 Leadership experience in operations roles
