Job Description – Portfolio Manager (Mortgage – Affordable Segment)

Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Product: Affordable Home Loans
Channel: Open Market

Role Overview

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to manage and deepen an existing Mortgage portfolio in the affordable housing segment. The role involves customer relationship management, portfolio growth, cross-selling, and generating additional business through existing customers and market references.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the existing affordable mortgage customer portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Drive portfolio deepening through cross-selling relevant financial products.
- Generate referrals and new business opportunities through existing customers.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify early warning signals and escalate potential risks to the reporting manager.
- Ensure quick resolution of customer queries and service-related issues.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain effective call discipline.
- Maintain portfolio quality while achieving assigned business and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in Mortgage, Home Loan, LAP, Portfolio Management, or Retail Banking.




- Exposure to affordable housing finance will be preferred.
- Strong customer relationship and portfolio management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.
- Graduate in any discipline.
