About Wholesale Banking Products:

Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Accounts, CMS, Trade and Forex, BBPS and Fastag and Sector Solutions. It also focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and services of the corporate customers. The Marketing and the Implementation team manages the branding and smooth onboarding of customers.

About the Role:

The Current Account Product Team is responsible for leading the development, approval, and training, communication of process changes and for executing new process / enhancements by building a strong work relationship with various internal groups: IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Process Quality

Key Responsibilities

- Enhance Customer Experience on customer facing processes by bridging gaps through process re-engineering/ launch of new process
- Project management of all process integration/launches/re-engineering throughout implementation and execute within the set timelines
- Evaluate the internal processes for efficiency and validity pre and post process changes




- Display a high level of critical thinking in cross functional process analysis and problem resolution for existing process

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

- Post-graduation from a recognized institute and experience across savings/ current/ lending or payment/ remittance products in banking

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

- Should have good interpersonal skills and must be a positive team player. Should have the ability to work with cross functional teams
- Project management and Time Management skills. Must be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with vague concepts
- Should be good in MS-Office suite specially MS-Excel and MS-Power point
- Ability to analyze processes and reengineer them
- Strong communication skills and good analytical skills are a prerequisite
