You guide how stories move, feel, and land across platforms while ensuring that video remains a strong expression of the brand's narrative. n You collaborate closely with content writers, designers, strategists, and brand experience teams to ensure that video is integrated into creative thinking from the start. n You also help guide video editors within your team, strengthening the quality and clarity of video outputs. n n What will you do? n n Translate creative ideas into transparent video storytelling approaches. n Define pacing, structure, and visual direction for video outputs.



n Guide Senior Visualisers and Visualisers on execution and editing direction. n Ensure consistency in video style and narrative across campaigns and ongoing work. n Collaborate with content and design teams to align video with creative ideas. n Participate in brainstorming and concept discussions to strengthen video thinking. n Identify opportunities for video-first storytelling formats. n Maintain high standards of craft, storytelling clarity, and technical quality. n Review edits and provide feedback to improve storytelling and execution. n Ensure videos are adapted effectively across platforms and formats. n
