and Meta n Drive high-quality leads and marketing pipeline growth n Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and conversion rates n Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and landing pages n Track performance and share insights with marketing & sales teams n n n What We’re Looking For n n Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads n Strong understanding of B2B lead generation campaigns n Experience managing budgets and optimizing performance campaigns n Valuable understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics n Experience in B2B companies is a must n n n Good to Have n n Experience in SaaS or product companies n Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms n n n Why This Role n n Direct impact on revenue and pipeline growth n Work closely with founders and sales team n High ownership + fast execution environment n n n Note: Our budget for this role is up to Rs 15 LPA , depending on experience and fit. n
