This is a floor-first role for someone who has scaled and run multi-location consumer-services or retail businesses — spa/salon/clinic experience is welcome but **not required*. n n Key Responsibilities n - Own complete P&L; for assigned outlets — revenue, cost control, [EBITDA]margin, n - Drive revenue via *membership/subscription sales, renewals, upsell, cross-sell* and footfall-to-conversion n - Improve core retail metrics — *staff productivity, utilisation/occupancy, retention, * n - Enforce *SOPs, service protocols, hygiene, guest safety, quality benchmarks* n - Track *[NPS]()* and mystery audits; own the guest experience n - Recruit, train, mentor and manage floor + front-office teams; control *attrition* n - Run operations across formats — *airport, hotel, mall, high-street* n - Manage *inventory, retail products, procurement, shrinkage* n - Ensure *statutory,
