Job Description Main Responsibilities: n n Support engagement with key clients to understand their operational needs and challenges. n Facilitate discussions and communication with local clients, including in the local language where required, to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations. n Present and clearly communicate the value of our solutions and services during client interactions. n Prepare proposals and supporting materials tailored to client requirements. n Conduct close follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and ensure timely responses to inquiries or requests. n Attend customer meetings and discussions alongside the Business Development Manager to provide on-ground support. n Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding evolving needs and supporting client satisfaction. n Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical) to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and solutions. n n n Requirements: n n Degree in any discipline.



n Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client engagement or business development support. n Fluent in English (spoken and written). n Excellent presentation and communication skills. n Experience in preparing proposals and supporting commercial discussions is preferred. n Knowledge of technology solutions or services is an advantage but not mandatory. n Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently. n Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a solid interest in client engagement and commercial activities. n Comfortable visiting, presenting to, and interacting with clients. n Strong ability to manage follow-ups and deadlines efficiently. n Able to work effectively with colleagues across teams and locations. n n Additional Requirements: n n No visa sponsorship required. n Role requires working in an onsite setting. n n
