About the Role

Flow Interio is looking for a Sales Manager who understands home interior sales and enjoys working directly with customers. If you have experience selling modular kitchens, wardrobes, complete home interiors, or similar home solutions , we'd love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting interior solutions, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into successful projects.

What You'll Do

- Handle customer enquiries and manage the complete sales process from lead to closure.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
- Present and explain solutions for modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interiors .
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Design and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain regular updates on leads and sales pipeline.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Generate referrals and explore new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For





- 3–5 years of sales experience , preferably in interior/home improvement sales .
- Good knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes and home interior solutions .
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and closing abilities.
- Experience in lead follow-up and conversion.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Professional and confident when interacting with customers.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers and project teams.
