This role is responsible for a high volume of accurate renewal and new product quotations and order submissions associated with a specific set of accounts. n n Primary Skills: Salesforce, Customer Oriented, Task oriented n Secondary Skills: Communication Skills n n Minimum Qualifications n n 2+ Years of previous experience in a Sales Support role n Proficient computer skills including MS Office and its suite of products,



especially Excel n Organized and task-oriented n High attention to detail n Customer service oriented n Ability to retain accuracy while working quickly n Previous work experience in a large corporate office environment n Skilled and courteous attitude n n n Preferred Qualifications n n Proficient with Salesforce.com (SFDC) n 3-year degree n n n Responsibilities n n Create and submit accurate quotes to Sales teams 60-90 days before they are due n Use Salesforce.com reporting to identify all renewals, products and pricing n Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity n Use Salesforce.com and the embedded forecast probability definitions to categorize opportunities accordingly n Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with promotions and other items related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its Partners n Build strong relationships and partnerships with Outside Sales teams. n n
