Go to Market at Innovaccer
Our GTM team is passionate about healthcare and wants to leave a positive impact in the ecosystem. We are the tip of the spear that leads the organization externally. We care deeply about our customers and want to resolve their challenges with our solutions. If this excites you, let's chat about how you can help us tell our special story.
About the Role
This role owns the delivery and operations backbone of Innovaccer's GSI partner motion. It sits at the intersection of Innovaccer's internal delivery organization and our GSI partners' Centers of Excellence (COEs), with the mandate to turn visibility into projects, delivery gaps, and skill needs into a systematic pipeline of staffing and COE-build opportunities for our GSI partners. This is a build-and-run role for someone who thinks in systems, not just tickets.
What Success Looks Like
- Portfolio visibility: You can name, at any point, which active Innovaccer engagements are healthy, which are at risk, and which have an open resourcing gap a GSI could fill.
- COE skill mapping: GSI partners have a living, current picture of the Gravity skill sets, certifications, and delivery capacity Innovaccer needs from their COE.
- Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management: Drive revenue from partnerships by identifying new opportunities, tracking progress, and ensuring successful deal closures.
- Partner Enablement: Develop and execute enablement programs to ensure partners have the knowledge, tools, and incentives to promote Innovaccer solutions effectively while enabling internal teams on the value of the partnerships.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving partner needs to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Engagement models: Staff augmentation and T&M; engagement models with GSI partners are documented, repeatable, and defensible on commercial terms.
- Risk-to-opportunity conversion: Struggling projects get matched to GSI delivery capacity fast enough to prevent escalation, not after.
A Day in the Life
- Delivery Portfolio Visibility
- Maintain a real-time view of Innovaccer's active project portfolio: health status, resourcing gaps, and delivery risk.
- Partner with Delivery, Customer Success, and Product leadership to get early signal on projects that are falling behind or under-resourced.
- Translate delivery risk into a structured pipeline of staff augmentation and T&M; opportunities for GSI partners.
GSI COE Enablement
- Define,
in partnership with each Alliance Director, what a best-in-class Gravity COE looks like inside a GSI partner: skill sets, certification levels, delivery methodology.
- Work with Platinum GSI partners (and future channel partners) to assess their current COE maturity against that bar and build closing plans.
- Own the technical and operational content GSIs need to stand up or scale their COE — not sales enablement content, delivery capability content.
Engagement Model Design
- Build and maintain the commercial and operational frameworks for staff augmentation and T&M; engagements with GSI partners.
- Ensure engagement models are consistent across GSI partners while flexible enough to reflect each partner's contract structure (e.g., Deal Registration and Rules of Engagement Framework, license retiral structure).
- Partner with Deal Desk and Legal to keep engagement templates current and enforceable.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Sit as the connective layer between Innovaccer Delivery, Product, and Alliance Directors, so delivery gaps surface fast and route to the right GSI.
- Track and report on staff augmentation /T&M; pipeline: opportunities identified, in progress, and converted.
What You Need
- 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within healthtech, SaaS, or management consulting industries.
- Proven track record of managing relationships while working in top-tier management consulting firms (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey) with tangible revenue impact.
- Strong educational pedigree from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- Program and project management skills, with an understanding of healthcare technology and the US payer-provider ecosystem as a strong plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional operator: can sit credibly with Delivery leadership one hour and GSI COE leads the next.
- Systems thinker who builds repeatable frameworks rather than one-off fixes.
- Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
