We're Hiring | Assistant Merchandiser

Agile Horses is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our team.

n

As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will work closely with the Senior Merchandiser, suppliers, and internal production teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist in handling buyer orders from procuring raw materials to dispatch
n
- Coordinate with suppliers for fabrics, trims, accessories, and other materials
n
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A; sheets, and production follow-ups
n
- Coordinate with sampling, production, QC, and packing teams
n
- Follow up on production timelines and ensure timely order completion
n
- Communicate with buyers and suppliers regarding order requirements
n
- Maintain accurate records of order status, approvals, and deliveries
n

Requirements

n

n
- 0–2 years of experience in merchandising/apparel industry
n
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
n




- Good English communication skills — written & verbal is a must
n
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel
n
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
n
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
n
- Prior experience in garment manufacturing/export merchandising will be an advantage
n
