Job Description

Club Manager | Experience: 2–5 Years

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the club facilities.
n
- Ensure the club premises, equipment, and amenities are well-maintained and functional at all times.

- Manage and supervise club staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and support personnel.
n
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
n
- Handle member/resident queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and qualified manner.
n
- Maintain attendance, usage, and booking records for club facilities (gym, swimming pool, banquet hall, etc.).
n
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational standards across all club areas.
n
- Plan and organize events, activities, and programs for members/residents.
n
- Monitor and manage the club's budget, expenses, and billing for services rendered.
n
- Prepare periodic reports on club operations, occupancy, and facility usage for management.
n

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

n

Note: Preference will be given to candidates from Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and surrounding areas.
