What you'll own
Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram
Google Ads
Lead-generation campaigns
Landing pages and conversion funnels
Retargeting
Instagram growth & content strategy
LinkedIn personal-brand growth
Lead nurturing and conversion journeys
Analytics, tracking and attribution
Creative and audience testing
Weekly performance reporting

What we're looking for
Ideally, you have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or lead generation.
You should be able to demonstrate actual results such as:
Leads generated
CPL improvement
Conversion-rate improvement
Campaign budgets managed
Qualified leads generated
Appointments/bookings generated
Revenue or pipeline influenced
We care much more about what you achieved than how many certifications you have.

You will be a solid fit if you
Think in funnels, not just posts
Understand Meta and Google Ads deeply
Can analyse campaign data
Understand landing pages and CRO
Know how to test creatives and audiences
Understand personal branding and content
Are comfortable with GA4, tracking and analytics
Can use AI intelligently to improve marketing productivity
Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
Can explain marketing decisions in simple business language

We are looking for someone who can say:
"Here was the business problem. Here's what I tested. Here's what it cost. Here's what happened. Here's what I changed. Here's the business result."

Experience

Role Description This is a hybrid full-time role for a Growth & Lead Generation Specialist. The specialist will design and execute growth strategies to generate qualified leads for counseling programs and coaching services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing lead funnels, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and identifying new digital channels and communities for client acquisition. The role involves coordinating outreach campaigns, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams, and refining messaging to attract and engage target audiences globally. The specialist will also maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics, while continuously testing and iterating to improve growth outcomes.
