Job Description Job Title: Art Director n Experience: 5-8Yrs n Work Location: Bangalore n Notice Period: Immediate n n Required Skills n JOB DESCRIPTION n Roles and Responsibilities n n Develop clear, compelling and visually strong design solutions across assigned projects. n Apply graphic design principles, typography, layout and visual hierarchy consistently across all work. n Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to create and refine high-quality creative deliverables. n Build professional and effective presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. n Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions. n Communicate design thinking clearly in written and verbal interactions. n Review and refine work with strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency. n Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. n Incorporate feedback constructively and adapt work as needed. n Work independently when required while remaining a strong team player. n Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects knowledge will be considered a plus. n n Personal Attributes n n Solid communication,
