n Position: Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist (Australia Division)

n >> Responsibilities :
n
n n Proficiency in Excel and Cloud Accounting Software
n End-to-end Accounts Payable (Dext upload, coding & processing bills in Xero)
n Supplier payment batches, statement reconciliation & follow-ups
n Fortnightly payroll for 30–60 employees (wages, super, leave, PAYG)
n Daily/weekly bank reconciliations (15+ accounts, high transaction volume)
n Month-end bookkeeping & ad hoc financial reporting
n n
n >> Preferred Skills :
n
n n Solid working knowledge of Xero & Dext
n High attention to detail with ability to manage high transaction volumes




n Good communication skills for supplier & staff coordination
n n
n >> Eligibility Criteria :
n
n n Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Payroll (Australian process preferred).
n Freshers CA: Eligible with strong skills in Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable Tasks (any country)
