Hiring Alert – Retail Store Sales Executive

Position: Retail Store Sales Executive
Designation: Executive Level
Reporting To: Retail Head
Location: Mum- Andheri, Pune- Shivajinagar
Working Details:
Time : 10am to 7pm
Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days).
Weekly Off: One rotational week off between Monday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities for the Role

• Ensure the merchandise display norms are followed as specified by the company
• Regular cleaning and refolding/restocking of all apparel picked up by customers
• Ensure that the trial room is well maintained and clean as per norms
• Regularly update the Store Manager on inventory levels, sales trends, and required stocking
• Engage prospects in discussions and activities related to brand apparel and riding gear
• Understand customer concerns and effectively handle customer queries
• Understand or facilitate prospects' present needs, wants, and desires and, based on their responses, suggest/pitch the right product
• Guide customers through the purchase process
• Ensure data capture as per POS and other data management tools




• Own the customer satisfaction scores for the apparel sales process
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

Key Requirements for the Role

Educational Qualifications: 12th Pass/Diploma/ Graduate

Industry: Branded Apparel Sales

Minimum Experience: 0.06- 2 Years (with at least 1 year in Apparel Retail)

Profile: Passionate about bikes with an aptitude for sales and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Passions / Interests: Motorcycle riding, travelling, and exploring.
