Job Description:

Position: Shift Incharge - Production

Location: Dahej

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Industry: Chemical

Responsibilities

- Monitor and control production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Supervise machine operators, technicians, and production staff.
- Maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance departments for issue resolution.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and maintain shift reports, production records, and downtime logs.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift scheduling.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate operational updates effectively.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements.
- MS Office and ERP system knowledge.
- Solid communication and reporting skills.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
