Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle complete shift production activities
✅ Monitor batch charging, reaction parameters, filtration, drying & packing
✅ Supervise operators and contract manpower
✅ Ensure adherence to SOP, BMR & safety guidelines
✅ Maintain production logbook & shift reports
✅ Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance & EHS departments
✅ Handle exothermic reactions, nitration/chlorination (if applicable)
✅ Ensure zero accident & zero deviation during shift
✅ Achieve daily production targets as per planning

Required Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of Batch Process Operations

- Experience in Dyes / Pigments / Chemical Industry

- Understanding of reactors, centrifuge, ANF, Nutsche Filter, Spray Dryer

- Positive knowledge of GMP & safety standards

- Basic understanding of DCS / PLC (if applicable)

Qualification:
- B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry

- Diploma / BE Chemical

‍ Experience:
- 3 to 6 Years in Dyes / Pigment / Chemical Industry

- Minimum 1–2 years experience as Shift Handling Role preferred
