Job Description Company and Business : n Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. n Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. n Key Responsibilities: n P2P Operations Management n n Lead and manage the complete P2P cycle—PR creation, approvals, PO issuance, GRN, invoice processing, and payments. n Ensure adherence to timelines to avoid project delays, material shortages, and payment escalations. n Monitor operational performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements. n n 2. Category Management n n Oversee procurement and P2P activities for: n Construction & Project Capex n Indirect procurement including IT hardware, software, and services n Equipment, tools, and machinery n Raw materials, consumables, spares n Ensure category‐specific compliance, documentation, and contract adherence. n n 3. People & Stakeholder Leadership n n Lead the site P2P team, ensuring capability building, performance management, and robust cross‐functional collaboration. n Partner closely with Project, Finance, Engineering, IT, Operations, Planning, and Corporate Procurement teams. n Manage supplier interactions related to P2P, invoicing, and payments. n n 4. Systems, Controls & Compliance n n Own the effective use of ERP/Ariba/SAP and P2P tools at the site.



n Ensure compliance with audit requirements, internal controls, and DoA guidelines. n Oversee accurate documentation for all procurement and payment processes. n Drive adoption of digital procurement tools and standardized processes. n n 5. Supplier Engagement & Issue Resolution n n Ensure timely resolution of supplier queries related to POs, invoices, and payments. n Drive vendor performance improvement and ensure timely closure of open GRNs and unmatched invoices. n Support onboarding and training of suppliers on P2P processes and platforms. n n 6. Governance, Reporting & Analytics n n Publish periodic P2P health reports—aging, GRN pendency, overdue payments, PO cycle time, compliance metrics. n Support budgeting and forecasting by providing visibility into procurement and payment pipelines. n Conduct regular governance reviews with site leadership and central procurement. n n 7. Continuous Improvement & Transformation n n Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce cycle times. n Lead automation, digitization, and simplification initiatives. n Enable standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and training for cross‐functional teams. n n Qualifications and Experience : n n Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). n 10–15+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or P2P functions. n Strong exposure to construction, capex, indirect, IT, and equipment/materials procurement. n Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and procurement platforms (Ariba preferred). n Proven leadership in cross‐functional environments and large‐scale operations. n n Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills.
