The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Industrial Product Designer to join our Hyderabad studio. This role is ideal for designers who are strong in parametric modeling, concept development, and high-quality visualisation , and who enjoy working at speed without compromising on design intent or detail.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, strategists, and vendors to bring product ideas to life—from early concepts to production-ready designs.

What you’ll do

Independently create accurate 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, Rhino or similar software
Develop product concepts through sketches, form exploration and digital visualisation
Create realistic product renders in appropriate real-world contexts
Translate approved concepts into detailed, functional and manufacturable designs
Prepare clear 2D technical drawings, dimensions and basic production documentation
Understand fundamental materials,



manufacturing processes, assembly methods and mechanisms
Make design decisions based on usability, ergonomics, functionality and production feasibility
Create and refine physical prototypes to test form, scale, function and interaction
Incorporate feedback accurately and complete revisions within agreed timelines
Organise and maintain editable CAD files, render files and project documentation
Manage assigned tasks independently across multiple project stages and deadlines
Communicate progress, questions and potential delays clearly and proactively
Collaborate with designers, engineers and vendors to refine products for manufacturing
Demonstrate solid attention to detail and ownership from initial concept through final delivery

You’re a good fit if you (Technical skills)

Have 2+ years in industrial/product design
Are strong in parametric & concept design tools
Create polished, realistic renders
Value speed, efficiency, and attention to detail
Prefer building products—not coding

You’re a good fit if you (Way of working)

Have a strong understanding of form, materials, and design
Bring creativity with a structured approach to problem-solving
Are disciplined, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Work well both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Are detail-oriented and organized in managing timelines and feedback loops
