Inizio Educational Services is looking for a energetic B2B Sales professional who can take our experiential learning travel programs to schools across Delhi NCR.

If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and turning conversations into collaborations — this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Selling

Educational travel programs designed for school students — blending learning, culture, and global exposure into one unforgettable experience.

We work closely with schools, teachers, principals, directors, and parent communities . Your job? Build those bridges.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and research potential schools in Delhi NCR
Meet teachers, principals, and management teams to pitch our programs
Build long-term relationships (not just quick sales)
Strengthen Inizio’s brand presence in new territories
Conduct school presentations for students and parents
Support post-sale coordination and engagement
Report to the Director of Sales in structured formats

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹5–7 LPA
Attractive performance-based incentives (a significant part of your earning potential)

Confidence in meeting school leadership

Organized and disciplined with reporting
Prior B2B / education / travel sales experience is a big plus
