Job Description Designation: US Business Tax Preparer for a CPA Firm

n Job Profile:
n Responsibilities:
n • Prepare US partnership and corporate income tax returns, including Form 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
n • Handle a return mix of approximately 60% Partnerships (1065), 30% S-Corporations (1120S), and 10% C-Corporations (1120).
n • Organize workpapers, maintain open-item lists, and conduct self-review before submitting work for review.
n • Provide technical assistance, tax planning, and research on US income tax matters.
n • Develop and communicate appropriate solutions when identifying tax-related issues.
n • Keep clients informed about tax developments that may affect their business.
n • Develop an understanding of the Firm's services and identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing and new clients.
n • Stay updated on tax changes and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and policies, including timely time entry.
n • Actively prepare for and pursue the CPA examination until successful completion.




n • Maintain required CPE and meet Firm and licensing standards.
n Must-Have Requirements:
n • Minimum 3 years of experience in US Business Tax Return Preparation.
n • Strong hands-on experience with 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns.
n • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
n • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tax preparation work independently.
n Nice-to-Have Requirements:
n • Experience preparing Trust Returns (1041).
n • Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
n • US CPA certification.
n • Indian CA qualification.
n Work Timings:
n Non-Busy Season: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST
n Busy Season: 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST
n Ideal Start Date: 2nd November 2026
