Job Description We are looking for experience candidates in below Financial areas. n Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune n Designation - Across levels (Analyst to VP) n Experience - 3-15yrs n n Skills required n As a core member of our Hedge funds team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. n n Your Role: n n Responsible for maintaining books and records and calculation of fund Net Asset Values; n Coordinating and reviewing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics for monthly/quarterly reporting; n Coordinate and review calculations of carried interest/performance/incentive fees; n Coordinate and review calculations and investor allocations for capital calls,



distributions and equalisations; n Coordinate and review partner capital account statements; n Coordinate processing of payments and other transactions; n Acting as a primary day-to-day contact with clients and other fund participants; n Work closely with the Investor Relations team to respond to investor queries and to disseminate capital activity and other investor notices; n Maintaining relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks and auditors and other fund participants; n n n About You: n n Minimum of 3-12 experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly Hedge funds, Asset Management or Fund Administration. n Experienced in reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements. n Established knowledge relation to consolidations under IFRS. n Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written). n Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.). n User experience with enterprise accounting system(s). n n n Interested candidates please inbox your resume at n
