Job Description:

Position: Agency Head (Shipping)

Location: Gandhidham

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Shipping/Marine

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the arrival, berthing, cargo handling, and departure of vessels are conducted smoothly.
- Liaise with port authorities, customs, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and streamline operations.
- Lead and manage the shipping agency team, including agents, and office staff.
- Maintain relationships with shipping lines, importers, exporters, and other clients.
- Develop new clients and expand the agency’s market presence by building relationships and partnerships.
- Ensure that all shipping activities comply with local, national, and international maritime laws.




- Oversee the preparation and submission of customs and shipping documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities,

Required Skills

- Candidates should possess positive communication, coordination, leadership & interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
