Program Manager

The Program Manager is the heart of the Middle experience. This role is responsible for ensuring that every class, program, and interaction runs smoothly while maintaining the quality, energy, and warmth that define our studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily programs and classes.
- Lead some sessions while primarily managing and supporting the coaching team.
- Train, mentor, and guide facilitators to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Ensure all programs are safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate, and enjoyable.
- Monitor class quality and continuously improve participant experiences.
- Build solid relationships with children, teens, parents, and team members.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding progress, participation,



and program updates.
- Coordinate events, workshops, camps, and special initiatives.
- Maintain operational excellence across scheduling, staffing, supplies, and studio systems.

- Comfortable managing people, solving problems, and creating positive experiences.
- Experience in coaching, education, psychology, child development, fitness, program management, or related fields is valuable but not essential.
- Most importantly, someone who believes in creating spaces where people can learn, grow, connect, and have fun.
