• Ensuring the competition of the training calendar and accountable for the training needs at the local as well as the branch level
• Achieving the budgeted GWP, wallet share, unit penetration, value penetration targets, line of business wise targets and channel wise targets
• Responsible for daily updating of the engagement tracker and sales tracker
• Ensuring daily branch visits and other partner engagement
• Zero tolerance on mis-selling as well as customer escalation has to be addressed on priority
