n Experience:
n 1-2 Years
n Key Responsibilities:
n Conduct welcome calls for newly issued insurance policies
n Assist customers with policy renewals and follow-ups
n Explain policy advantages, premium, tenure, and terms & conditions
n Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required
n Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
n Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity standards
n What We're Looking For:
n Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
n Experience in insurance telecalling or BPO
n Strong customer handling and objection resolution skills
n Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
n Ability to cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
