Job Description About the jobn n Position: Business Development Executive – FinTech (Cross-Border Payments) n Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) n Experience: 2+ Years n Employment Type: Full-Time n n Job Overview: n EFIcyent is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in fintech, remittance, forex, or cross-border payments industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling client relationships, onboarding partners, increasing transaction volumes, and expanding payment corridors. n Key Responsibilities n n Identify and onboard new merchants, partners, aggregators, and corporate clients. n Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners. n Increase transaction volumes across international payment corridors. n Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for smooth onboarding and transaction processing. n Understand client requirements and provide suitable payout, collection, and FX solutions. n Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities. n Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and partnership presentations. n Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and reporting updates. n Represent EFIcyent during industry events,



networking meets, and fintech conferences. n Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency. n n Requirements n n 2+ years of experience in fintech, forex, remittance, payment gateway, or international payments industry. n Positive understanding of SWIFT transfers, payouts, collections, settlement cycles, and FX. n Strong communication and relationship management skills. n Experience handling B2B clients and strategic partnerships. n Familiarity with AML/KYC onboarding processes is preferred. n Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fintech environment. n Existing network within fintech or payments ecosystem is an added advantage. n Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting. n n Preferred Profile n n Strong understanding of global payment corridors. n Self-motivated and proactive professional. n Ability to manage high-value partnerships and client accounts. n Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership attitude. n n n Apply Now: Send your resume to talent@codegama with the subject “Business Development executive”.
