This role involves handling outbound calls, analyzing customer interactions, improving performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. n The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing the customer journey—from initial contact to long-term engagement—while maintaining high service standards and improving key metrics such as FCR, AHT, SLA, CSAT, and NPS. n Key Responsibilities n 1. Customer Interaction & Outbound Calling n n Make effective and productive outbound calls n Engage with customers based on assigned segments n Ensure adherence toKPI's such as Handling Premier Customers Profiles,



KYC updation, Explaining about schemes and offers, collecting referrals, Inviting for a store visit, Post sales service calls. n n 2.
