n About the Role:
n This is India focused role, working in IST zone.
n AgileFever is looking for a high-performing and experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling AI courses and bootcamps. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-ticket individual and corporate deals.
n Key Responsibilities:
n Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting India-based IT professionals for AI and Machine Learning training programs.
n Own the sales pipeline — prospecting, qualifying, demoing, follow-ups, and closing.
n Generate and nurture leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, webinars, and direct calls.
n Understand buyer personas, pain points, and tailor solution-based pitches accordingly.
n Close B2C sales for our flagship AI/ML bootcamps, Gen AI courses, and Agentic AI training programs.




n Maintain high activity metrics: cold calls, follow-ups, CRM updates, proposals.
n Work with marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on customer feedback.
n Represent AgileFever in webinars, events, and online communities when needed.
n Key Requirements:
n 3–5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in AI/ML course sales or EdTech.
n Proven success in selling high-ticket training products (₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000 per seat or more).
n Deep understanding of the AI upskilling landscape and buyer psychology in the India and Europe market.
n Fluent communication and persuasion skills in English (spoken and written).
n Experience using CRMs (Zoho).
n Highly organized and self-driven with a consistent follow-up discipline.
