Job Description We're Hiring: Junior Business Development Executive(BDE) – AI Solutions / Generative AI
n We're looking for someone who is good at understanding business challenges, exploring new opportunities, and is genuinely curious about what AI can do for businesses.
n You'll be working closely with our AI and technical team to understand what a client actually needs, identify where AI can make a difference, and help turn that conversation into a real solution.
What You'll Be Doingn • Find and qualify B2B opportunities for our AI solutions and services
n • Reach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals and other channels
n • Connect with business owners, CXOs, IT leaders and decision-makers
n • Explain and pitch AI solutions in a straightforward, practical and business-friendly way
n • Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
n • Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
What We're Looking Forn • 1–2 years of experience in B2B Business Development, IT Sales or Software Sales
n • Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Chatbots,



Voice AI or Automation
n • Good communication and presentation skills
n • Comfortable speaking with senior-level decision-makers
n • Good follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n • Comfortable working with technical teams
It Would Be Outstanding If You Have Experience Withn • AI / Generative AI solutions
n • SaaS products
n • Microsoft Copilot
n • IT consulting or digital transformation
n • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM or similar sales tools
