Job Description Years of Experience: 1+ years in Social Media Advertising n Top 5 things you will do in your role: n 1. Client Servicing: Managing client expectations and maintaining a healthy working relationship with them. n 2. Community Management: Social media community management for various properties like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. for our clients including posting & scheduling content, managing queries, creating conversations, mapping influencers, and more. n 3. Content Writing: Creating content for our clients for social media, websites, blogs, and more. n 4. Account Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning of the account internally to help meet all deliverables including coordination with design teams, media teams, managers, and other significant stakeholders involved. n 5. Planning: Help plan on the account when it comes to campaigns and engagements, quarterly planning, annual planning closely with the managers on the account.
