n • Support parents and teachers over chat, email, and calls
n • Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution
n • Schedule and manage student classes
n • Be the relationship expert who keeps customers happy and coming back
n What we're looking for:
n • Prior customer service experience
n • Strong English communication
n • Bachelor's degree
n • Available to work from office (in-person role)
n Two shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
