n About the Role:

n AAFT Online is launching an Online Diploma Program in Naturopathy and is looking for a
n full-time, onsite faculty member to lead the academic delivery of the program. The role
n involves teaching students, developing curriculum, coordinating with industry experts, and
n ensuring high academic quality for online learning.
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n  Teach and mentor students enrolled in the Online Diploma in Naturopathy
n  Design, review, and update curriculum, modules, and assessments
n  Conduct live online sessions and support recorded content development
n  Coordinate with industry experts for content creation and guest sessions
n  Guide students in projects, practicals, and capstone work




n  Ensure content is suitable for online and blended learning formats
n  Work closely with the Academics, Instructional Design, and Production teams
n Eligibility & Requirements:
n  Degree in Naturopathy or a related field is mandatory
n  Proven experience in naturopathy practice (clinical or wellness setting)
n  Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
n  Strong understanding of holistic health, lifestyle-based healing, and natural therapies
n  Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
n  Valuable industry connections and ability to bring experts on board
n  Comfortable working in an academic and structured environment
