IBDP Career Counsellor Location: 10X International School, Mysuru Employment Type: Full time Joining: Immediate 10X International School, Mysuru, is seeking an experienced IBDP Career Counsellor to guide students through university selection, applications, and career planning. Key Responsibilities Guide students on university selection, applications, essays, deadlines, and admission requirements. Counsel students and families on higher education and career pathways in India and overseas. Manage application documentation, records, trackers, and deadlines. Coordinate with parents, teachers, leadership, universities, and external partners. Organize university fairs and information sessions. Stay updated on admissions, scholarships, and IBDP requirements. Candidate Profile Master’s degree in counselling,



psychology, education, or a related field. Experience in university counselling, preferably in an IBDP or international school. Knowledge of Indian and international undergraduate admissions. Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple student applications with discretion and empathy. Immediate availability or a short joining timeline preferred.
