Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: n n Teach undergraduate (and possibly postgraduate) courses in Operation Theater Technology. n Prepare lesson plans, lectures, lab/practical manuals, and assessment tools in line with curriculum guidelines. n Supervise students in laboratory-based and simulation-based training. n Mentor and evaluate students through assignments, internal exams, and presentations. n n Research and Development: n n Engage in academic research related to OT technology and contribute to scholarly publications. n Encourage and supervise student research projects. n Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in OT techniques and equipment. n n Administrative Responsibilities: n n Contribute to the development and review of the academic curriculum. Participate in departmental meetings, academic audits,



and university events. n Assist in organizing workshops, continuing education programs, and faculty development activities. n Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Dean. n n Qualifications and Experience: n n Master's degree in Operation Theater Technology or related field from a recognized university (M.Sc. in OTT preferred). n Minimum 4-6 years of teaching or relevant clinical experience in a hospital/educational setting. n Solid understanding of surgical protocols, infection control, and OT management. n Excellent communication, instructional, and mentoring skills. n
