The Role

n

We are looking for an Education Consultant / Study Abroad Counsellor to manage students from enquiry to enrolment.

n

This is a counselling-driven role, not just application processing. You will guide students and parents, recommend suitable options, and convert enquiries into admissions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad options based on profile and goals
n
- Recommend suitable countries, universities and courses
n
- Manage the full journey: enquiry to counselling, application, offer, visa and enrolment
n




- Conduct counselling via in-person meetings, calls, WhatsApp and online sessions
n
- All student meetings and engagement activities are in-office
n
- Follow up with students and maintain a structured pipeline
n
- Support applications, SOPs, documents and deadlines
n
- Guide students through offers, scholarships, deposits and enrolment
n
- Assist with visa process coordination
n
- Maintain accurate student records and updates
n
- Re-engage leads and generate referrals
n
- Participate in events, webinars and university sessions
n
- Build relationships with university representatives
n
- Work towards counselling and enrolment targets
n

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in overseas education counselling or related field
n
- Knowledge of major destinations (Australia, UK, Ireland, NZ, Germany, UAE preferred)
n
- Strong English communication skills
n
- Ability to counsel students and parents confidently
n
- Good understanding of academic profiling and course selection
n
- Robust follow-up and organisation skills
n
- Target-driven and detail-oriented
n
- Ability to give honest, realistic guidance
n
- Proactive and self-driven
n
