The role focuses on acquiring high-quality partners, enabling their productivity, and driving Personal Loan & Business Loan disbursement growth through structured field engagement. n This is a high-impact expansion role within Finance Buddha's emerging markets team. n Key Responsibilities n 1. Channel Partner Acquisition n n Identify and onboard new DSAs, connectors, and channel partners across assigned states n Build strong regional sourcing networks for Personal Loans & Business Loans n Drive partner acquisition aligned with monthly onboarding targets n n 2. Partner Activation & Productivity n n Support newly onboarded partners during early-stage setup n Enable faster login-to-disbursement conversion n Conduct partner training on product programs, lender fitment, and documentation flows n n 3. Relationship Management n n Act as the primary field contact for partners in the region n Provide day-to-day business support to active partners n Resolve escalations and improve turnaround time coordination n n 4.



Business Growth Ownership n n Drive disbursement targets through partner engagement plans n Identify high-potential partners and scale their sourcing volumes n Monitor productivity dashboards and implement corrective strategies n n 5.
