Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Manager to help plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive real business impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with strategy, and creative—turning ideas into well-coordinated campaigns and insights into action. You’ll be hands-on with campaign execution while learning how performance, strategy, and collaboration come together to deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns - Search Engine Marketing campaigns and Ecommerce Marketplaces SEO, listings and campaigns.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery

n

• Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics

n

• Develop insights and recommendations based on campaign results

n

• Maintain campaign timelines, deliverables, and documentation

n





• Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with business objectives

n

• Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all campaign touchpoints

n

What we’re looking for:

• Understanding of campaign management and marketing execution fundamentals

n

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

n

• Basic project management skills with the ability to handle creation of reports and review presentations

n

• Analytical mindset with an interest in performance metrics and optimization

n

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

n

• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, on-site workplace
