n Capacity strategy and Market Development
n n Required Qualifications
n n 7–10 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking, MGA, underwriting, or portfolio management roles.
n Experience managing insurer and/or reinsurer relationships.
n Exposure to treaty/facultative placement and/or reinsurance operations.
n Strong commercial judgment with high attention to detail and follow-through.
n Existing market relationships are a plus, but not required.
n n Preferred Background
n Candidates from Reinsurance placement backgrounds(RI/composite brokers, insurers' RI teams, etc)
n Preferred Product Exposure
n Specialty risks, surety, trade credit, financial lines, warranty & extended warranty, parametric insurance, property & casualty.
n Reporting and Role Type
n n Reports to: Chief Insurance Officer
