Param Tuition Bureau is looking for 2 Client Relationship Executives to join our team at Care Hospital, Sunderpur, Varanasi.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate between parents and home tutors to ensure smooth tuition services.
- - Communicate with parents regarding tutor requirements, demo classes, schedules, and feedback.
- - Coordinate with teachers regarding tuition assignments, timings, availability, and performance.
- - Follow up regularly with parents and teachers.
- - Handle queries and coordination-related concerns professionally.
- - Maintain proper records of communication and follow-ups.
- - Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with parents and teachers.
- - Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination throughout the tuition process.

Candidate Requirements

- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- - Strong command of English grammar and writing.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- - Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- - Confident and professional personality.
- - Basic computer knowledge.
- - Candidates with experience in customer relationship management, education, counselling, telecalling, or coordination will be preferred.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Salary: Rs. 8,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives
