Role Description

The MICE Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves driving sales and business development for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, creating tailored MICE proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.



The individual will also stay updated on market trends and represent the company at industry events to promote services.
Qualifications

- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, account management, and client acquisition
- Experience in Event Planning and Execution, including proposal creation, budgeting, and logistics coordination
- Solid Communication and Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Organizational and Multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of the MICE industry and understanding of travel and event management trends
- Proficiency with CRM software and other tools for sales and client management
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales or event management roles is an advantage
