Job Description Department: Sales and Marketing

n Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics or related field
n Roles and responsibilities:
n 1. Understand and present company's electro-optic products to customers.
n 2. Prepare quotations, datasheets, and technical proposals.
n 3. Review customer QRs and provide comments/clarifications.
n 4. Support product pitch and presentations to customers.
n 5. Coordinate meetings with internal teams and customers.
n 6. Prepare and manage technical documentation.
n 7. Follow up with customers on enquiries and submissions.
n 8. Handle RFI / EOI responses and support bid submissions.
n Other Competencies:
n 1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
n 2. Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
n 3. Analytical and problem-solving abilities
n 4. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and exhibitions
n Technical Skills:
n 1. Understanding of electro-optic products and defence technologies

n 5. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
n 6. Basic knowledge of ERP
