Job Description We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Logistics Customer Success Executive. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers in the US logistics and supply chain market.
n This position combines customer support, client communication, lead qualification, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls and emails, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting business growth initiatives.

n Key Responsibilities
n n Communicate with US-based prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
n Understand customer requirements and provide timely support and coordination.
n Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
n Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and pipeline activities
n Build strong professional relationships and provide excellent customer experience

n Requirements
n n 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordination
n Excellent verbal and written English communication skills




n Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls and emails
n Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills
n Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
n Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
n Basic understanding of logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation industry preferred
n Experience with B2B communication or US processes will be an added advantage
