Job Description About the Opportunity n We are hiring a Global Finance Controller for a leading Indian manufacturing organization with a strong international presence. This is a strategic leadership role that offers the opportunity to partner closely with senior management while overseeing finance operations across multiple global entities. n The role is ideal for finance professionals who enjoy driving financial governance, improving processes, partnering with business leaders, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. n Key Responsibilities: n n Leading end-to-end financial controllership across multiple international entities. n Overseeing financial accounting, month-end and year-end close, and statutory financial reporting. n Managing consolidation of financial statements across global subsidiaries. n Driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting. n Ensuring robust internal controls, compliance, and governance across finance operations. n Managing direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, statutory compliance,



and regulatory reporting. n Leading statutory audits and acting as the key finance stakeholder for external auditors. n Supporting treasury and banking operations. n Overseeing plant finance and cost accounting activities. n Leveraging SAP to strengthen finance processes and improve reporting efficiency. n Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team. n n What We're Looking For n n Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. n 12-15+ years of progressive finance and controllership experience. n Solid experience in a manufacturing environment. n Hands-on experience managing multiple legal entities and financial consolidations. n Strong understanding of financial accounting, taxation, audits, budgeting, and internal controls. n Mandatory experience working on SAP. n Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. n Exposure to global operations or multinational businesses will be an added advantage. n
