n About the Role
n Codeyoung is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retention Manager to strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in retention, customer success, or account management.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Engage with existing customers to understand concerns and improve retention.
n Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
n Handle cancellation and refund requests while identifying opportunities for customer retention.
n Analyze customer feedback and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
n Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain customer engagement.
n Collaborate with sales, operations,



and support teams to address customer issues.
n Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention activities.
n Meet retention, renewal, and customer satisfaction targets.
n n Requirements
n n 1–3 years of experience in Retention, Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar role.
n Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
n Ability to handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively.
n Comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift).
n Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
n Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
