Job Description Location : Ahmedabad (On - Site)
n We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
n You will work with a UK-based Property Management client and coordinate with both the local team in India and team members based in the UK. In-depth training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with experience as well as dynamic freshers.
Key Responsibilities :n n Work with a UK-based client in the Property Management sector.
n Market properties on UK-based property portals.
n Pursue email campaigns for available property stock with Councils and Charities in the UK.
n Arrange property viewings for inquiries and referrals received from Councils and Property Portals.
n Perform eligibility and affordability checks for clients.
n Close clients by preparing agreements and coordinating signatures from both parties.
n Effectively resolve discrepancies and client complaints.
n Prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
n Required Skills & Qualifications :n n Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Mandatory).




n Excellent articulation and telephone manner.
n Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
n Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and flexibility.
n Takes initiative while seeking advice and support when required.
n Positive attitude and ability to work as a supportive team player.
n Shift Timings :n : Summer Timings : (Afternoon Shift)
n n Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM
n Saturday: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
n n : Winter Timings : (Afternoon Shift)
n n Monday to Friday: 01:30 PM – 11:30 PM
n Saturday: 01:30 PM – 8:00 PM
n n Alternate Saturdays are Off.
Experience :n n 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or an International Process is preferred.
n Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a agile personality are welcome to apply.
