Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Learning & Development will drive capability-building initiatives across Technology Learning, AI Learning, Leadership Development, Behavioral Learning, and Digital Learning. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing learning solutions, leveraging modern learning technologies, and creating engaging learning experiences that support organizational capability development.

Scope: The Assistant Manager role will focus on Technology Learning, AI Learning, Leadership Development, Digital Learning, Learning Technologies, Learning Analytics, and Employer Branding initiatives.

n

Primary Job Functions:

n

Design & Manage Programs → Technology, behavioral, qualified, and leadership development.

n

Learning Needs Analysis → Capability‐building aligned to business priorities.

n

Facilitate Development → Supervisors, team leads, mid‐level managers.

n

Digital Learning Solutions → eLearning, microlearning, assessments, blended learning.

n

Content Creation Tools → Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, digital learning assets.

n

Platform Management → LMS/LXP, pathways, certifications, campaigns, engagement.

n

Learning Analytics → Assessments, surveys, dashboards, effectiveness reports.

n

AI‐Driven Innovation → Instructional design, content creation, media development.

n

Stakeholder Collaboration → Partner with leaders, SMEs, vendors for solutions.

n

Employer Branding → Learning communications, LinkedIn presence, visibility.

n

Secondary job function:

- Support learner engagement and learning communication campaigns.n
- Coordinate with learning vendors, consultants, and content providers.n
- Monitor learning technology, AI,



and industry trends to identify capability-building opportunities.n
- Maintain learning records, reports, dashboards, and program documentation.n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for learning effectiveness and learner experience.n

Experience:

n

- n
- Overall 8+ years of professional experience.n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development.n
- Experience designing and managing technology, behavioral, leadership, and digital learning programs.n
- Hands-on experience with learning technologies, instructional design, and capability-building initiatives.n
- Experience managing organizational LinkedIn pages and driving engagement and employer branding initiatives is preferred.n

Licenses or Certifications: Relevant certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Leadership Development, AI, Learning Analytics, Project Management, or related areas are preferred but not mandatory.
