Selected candidate would be responsible for evaluating and managing the creditworthiness of potential business borrowers, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies. He/ She would analyze financial information, monitor loan performance, and manage collections, ultimately minimizing financial risk and maximizing profitability for the lending institution. *Credit Assessment: Reviewing loan applications, financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess a business's creditworthiness. ~ Risk Analysis: Identifying potential risks associated with lending to specific businesses, evaluating their ability to repay loans, and determining appropriate loan terms. ~ Approving or rejecting loan applications based on creditworthiness and adherence to company policies. ~ Credit Limit Determination:



Setting appropriate credit limits for approved loans, ensuring they align with the borrower's financial capacity and risk profile. ~ Credit Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the performance of existing loans, identifying early warning signs of potential defaults, and taking necessary actions to mitigate risks. ~ Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales and relationship management teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as borrowers and industry professionals. ~ Preparing reports on loan performance, risk exposure, and other relevant metrics for management and other stakeholders. ✅ Experience: 2-6 Years relevant experience in BL Credit underwriting CA qualified folks from Banks/NBFC with BL or any asset domain background Decent understanding of assessing audited financials, banking analysis and bureau reports knowhow Expertise in MS office and Loan application systems preferred.
